The creations submitted by finalists will be presented publicly during the Frogans Technology Conference 7 on June 14, 2016 at IUT Descartes (Paris, France) and four (4) prizes will be awarded. - participants develop a Frogans site using the FSDL 3.0 language and Frogans Player for Developers
- participants put their Frogans site online using a free-of-charge test Frogans address (on get.frogans, click the link to a platform among the currently available versions and see the “Instructions” section)
- participants submit their Frogans site by sending an email to the following E-mail address: frogans-awards@frogans.org;
- participants must give their first name and family name in the email;

- participants must use a personal, valid E-mail address;
- each participant can include, in the email, a “support structure” (employer, university, school or other structure); if the participant wins, the support structure will also win under the conditions given in article 6 below;
- each participant can include, in the email, his Twitter account (if he has one) so that the Organizers can count the number of retweets that enable the participant to become a finalist; if the participant wins, then retweeters drawn at random will also win under the conditions given in article 6 below.
Each participant can submit as many creations as he wants, subject to each creation being submitted by means of a separate email.
In submitting his creation, the participant undertakes to respect these Rules, and in particular the obligations given in articles 5 and 7 below.
Phase 2: Selection of finalists by the Organizers
The finalists will be selected from the phase 1 participants according to the number of retweets they have received.
Each participant is encouraged to tweet the fact that he has submitted the creation (Tweet suggestion: “I entered the #FrogansAwards. Please retweet for a chance to win your own #Frogans address! http://bit.ly/1QvVsNi”).
The more a participant’s message is retweeted, the more likely he is to be one of the finalists.
Moreover, if a finalist wins the contest, the tweeters who retweeted will have an opportunity to participate in a random draw to win prizes, under the conditions given in article 6 below.
If a participant in phase 1 does not have a Twitter account or does not wish to tweet in regards to his creation, he may nevertheless be chosen as a finalist by the Organizers.
Each participant selected for the final round will be contacted by the Organizers so that he can choose a Frogans address of a public Frogans network.
All participants will be informed before June 8, 2016 at 8.00 p.m. (UTC +2) of the Organizers’ decision as to whether or not they are finalists.
Information concerning the number of tweets and retweets will be available on request.
